About Lisa Robbins:
Since 2006, Lisa Robbins has been a dedicated leader in public procurement. She currently serves as a Principal Public Procurement Training Executive at Sourcewell, where she advances procurement education and equips professionals with the tools they need. Previously, Lisa served as Senior Purchasing Administrator for Johnson County, Kansas — the most populous county in the state — where she led complex procurements requiring strategic oversight, compliance expertise, and strong stakeholder collaboration. She remains actively engaged in the profession as Immediate Past President (2026) of the Kansas Association for Public Purchasing Professionals (KAPPP) and as an NIGP Area 6 Chapter Ambassador. Lisa holds the CPPB and NIGP-CPP certifications and is a graduate of the NIGP Leaders Edge program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Park University. Outside of work, Lisa and her husband, Adam, have been married for 21 years and are proud parents to their 17-year-old son, Cash. The Lake of the Ozarks serves as their second home, and when she’s not on the water, you might find her behind the wheel of her Mustang — always moving forward with purpose and drive.
